Our Story: From Idea to Impact

WayCodepath was born from a simple observation: the technology industry was evolving faster than traditional education could keep up with. Our founders, experienced tech professionals, saw talented individuals struggling to break into the industry due to outdated curricula and theoretical-heavy approaches.

In 2018, we started with a small cohort of 20 students in a modest classroom in Chicago. Our approach was different – we focused on hands-on learning, real-world projects, and direct mentorship from industry experts. The results spoke for themselves: 95% of our first cohort landed jobs in tech within 6 months of graduation.

Today, we've grown to serve thousands of students across multiple programs, but our core philosophy remains unchanged: practical education that prepares you for real-world challenges, taught by professionals who live and breathe technology every day.
